Sam Hyun focuses on poverty alleviation and has previously spend 5 years working for Massachusetts House Speaker. An active advocate for the Asian-American community, Sam's mission is to bring unification and prosperity among the diverse community, while building solidarity with other communities.
Sam Hyun is the Class of 22′ at the Brandeis University’s Heller School MBA/MPP, the chair of the MA Asian-American Commission, and the Communications Manager for Hate Is A Virus. Sam is pursuing his Masters of Public Policy with a concentration in Poverty Alleviation, as well as a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Social Impact. He has previously spent 5 years working for Massachusetts House Speaker, an experience that brought him into politics, his intent involving furthering social justice and racial equality.
Sam is dedicated to social justice and racial equity. His goal is to create opportunities and ensure that society is a just and equitable world for all.
